The Impact of COVID-19 upon Intracardiac Hemodynamics and Heart Rate Variability in Stable Coronary Artery Disease Patients

The aim. To study the impact of COVID-19 upon intracardiac hemodynamics and heart rate variability (HRV) in stable coronary artery disease (SCAD) patients.
 Materials methods. In this cross-sectional we analyzed clinical instrumental data obtained from a sample 80 patients. patients were divided into three groups: group 1 included with SCAD without (n=30), 2 (n=25), 3 (n=25). control 30 relatively healthy volunteers.
 Results. changes HRV characterized by impaired left ventricular systolic diastolic function, dilation both ventricles elevated pulmonary pressure. Left end-diastolic volume was higher (205±21 ml) than that (176±33 ml; р<0.001) (130±21 р<0.001).
